ATTENTION CUSTOMERS:

We are aware that most of you have not received your water bill this month. We have investigated the situation and found that it is due to a delay on behalf of the Post Office, not DCWSA. The Post Office staff is aware of the issue and are working to get the matter corrected immediately as we have repeatedly reported this issue.

Due to this delay, the due date has been extended to June 17, 2022.

In the meantime, you can call the office, our automated system hotline (877) 225-9321, or go online www.dallascountywater.com to review and pay your bill until the physical bill arrives.
